Hi, I’m Mildred

I've spent more than a decade helping organizations communicate with purpose. Along the way, I've worked inside businesses and institutions across industries that couldn't be more different: Pizza Hut, Domino's, Avon, and Northwestel. Those experiences taught me something important: good communication isn't just about how things look it's about helping people understand, connect, and act.

Marketing has always been my strongest passion. Illustration has always been the creative thread running alongside it. Mil & Co. is where those two worlds finally come together.

Today, I work with governments, nonprofits, Indigenous organizations, and institutions that care deeply about the communities they serve. I've had the privilege of supporting organizations such as the Yukon Legislative Assembly, Teslin Tlingit Council, and the Yukon Federation of Labour through communications, design, visual storytelling, and engagement projects.

I designed the Mil & Co. brand myself. Not to brag but because it's the most honest proof of what I do.
